There are two words for each day, you can choose an easier one.

Days are called वासरा: in Sanskritam.

Before yesterday is प्रपरह्यः , also called as praparhyaaha

Today is अद्य , also called as adhya

Tomorrow is श्वः also called as shryaha

ऋतु(Ritu) 

Ritus is the period of time. Period of basanta ritu is चैत्र (Chaitra) and वैशाख (Vaiśākha). Period of Grishma ritu is ज्येष्ठ (Jyeṣṭha) and आषाढ़ (Āṣāḍha). वर्षा ऋतु (Varṣā Ritu is also called rainy season. This period occurs in Sahuna month.
